SPRITZ OF THE SUMMER: Official Competition Terms and Conditions
1. SPONSOR
The Spritz of the Summer: Pro Edition competition (the "Competition") is sponsored by Amass Brands Group (the "Sponsor").
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Competition is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry and are employed as bartenders or beverage professionals. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The Program is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
The Competition begins on March 1, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Competition Period"). Entries must be submitted by June 30, 2026. Entrants are encouraged to feature their Spritz on the entrant's menu during the period of May through July. Menu features will not improve your chances of winning.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, participants must: (a) craft an original Spritz cocktail recipe featuring Pizzolato Sparkling Wines (Sparkling Rose, Sparkling Moscato, Sparkling Pinot Grigio, Sparkling Prosecco or Sparkling N/A); (b) photograph or video the cocktail; and (c) submit the entry via the official entry form at pizzolatomuseusa.com/spritz-of-the-summer by June 30, 2026.
5. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Restricted to one Entry per Entrant. Multiple Entries may result in disqualification. The use of a fake name or email address will disqualify an Entrant. Use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, programmed, or similar entry methods is prohibited. All Entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in this Program or these Terms & Conditions. Uploading of an Entry is not an indication that the Entrant has won a prize or is otherwise eligible for a prize. All federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all eligibility qualifications.
6. VOID PROGRAM ENTRIES
Entries that are deemed by the Sponsor or Judges, in their sole discretion, to be offensive, immoral, obscene, profane, defamatory, not in keeping with the image of the Sponsor, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions will be void. Further, all Entries that contain copyrighted or other proprietary materials for which the Entrant has not obtained appropriate assignment of rights, as well as any content in which disparages or portrays the Sponsor in a negative light, or otherwise violates these Terms & Conditions will be void. Furthermore, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, stolen, damaged, garbled, corrupt, illegible, late, or unintelligible entries, or other errors in other Program-related information, garbled communications, failures or malfunctions of internet connections, phones, phone lines, telephone systems, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions, problems or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming used in this Program, processing errors, human errors, or otherwise. Sponsor and/or Judges reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to void any Entries from Entrants whom Sponsor are believed to have attempted to tamper or have tampered with the administration, security, or fairness of this Program.
7. JUDGING CRITERIA
Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges including Ryan Zotovich (Winemaker), Sabrina Rodelli, Co-Owner of La Cantina Pizzolato and USBG Judging Panel. Judging criteria include: creativity and originality, flavor balance and taste, presentation and visual appeal, and use of Pizzolato Prosecco as the foundation.Flavor (scored on a scale 1-10) Your spritz should be well-balanced and refreshing with thoughtful ingredient pairings.
Creativity(scored on a scale 1-10) Show us an original interpretation that goes beyond the classic while staying true to the spritz category and showcasing Pizzolato.
Presentation (scored on a scale 1-10) Since this is a virtual competition, your photo is your presentation. Submit a high-quality, well-lit image—poor lighting or blurry shots will affect your score.
Add all three scores together for the total score - highest score wins. In the event of a tie, the Entrant with the highest Creativity score will be declared the winner.
8. PRIZES
Grand Prize (1): A feature in Decanter Magazine and a trip for two to Italy (4-6 days; pending international travel logistics and final itinerary confirmation) to be scheduled within 12 months of winning. Approximate retail value to be determined based on travel arrangements.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize are the Winner’s sole responsibility. By accepting the Prize, Winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said Prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize any any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking said Prize.
9. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Regional winners and the Grand Prize winner will be selected based on judging scores. Winners will be notified via email or telephone on or around July 31st. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven days, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Grand Prize Winner must have a valid passport prior to confirming final travel logistics.
10. PUBLICITY
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor and their affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, recipe, and entry materials for promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By entering the Program, Entrants represent and warrant that their Entry is their sole, original work and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any other party, including, but not limited to any intellectual property, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any other party. Entrants retain ownership of their original recipes. However, by entering, participants grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the submitted recipe and materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Competition if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Competition. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Competition is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. PRIVACY
Personal information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with the Sponsor's privacy policy and will not be sold to third parties. By entering the Program, each Entrant agrees that Sponsor may share Entrant’s personal information with its affiliates for the purpose of Program administration and Prize fulfillment in the event Entrant is chosen as a potential Winner. Entrants whose e-mail address is submitted as part of this Program agree that Sponsor or its affiliates may contact them by e-mail to make Entrant aware of information pertinent to the Program, and to distribute information regarding products, special events, promotional offers, or purchase incentives. Entrants may choose to opt-out of future e-mail notifications by clicking the link in the email and following the opt-out instructions. Opting in to specific offers does not improve an Entrant’s chances of winning.
